Terms and Conditions
Backstage Pass: Elephant Encounters
- A minimum of 2 paying persons are required to commence the session and tour can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons.
- Tours sold are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellation and non-changeable.
- Tour prices are subject to weekday, weekend and local Public Holiday.
- Tour prices exclude park admission tickets.
- Tours are non-exclusive and other guests may join the same tour.
- Tours may be altered or cancelled due to weather conditions, animal health and/or safety concerns.
- Tours are solely conducted in English.
- Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, during the tour. Young children must be supervised and held by an adult for the entirety of the tour.
- Participants are expected to behave responsibly and adhere to all instructions provided by staff for a safe and pleasant experience.
- Participants are to arrive at least 5 minutes before tour start time at the Elephants of Asia entrance, nearest to Shaw Foundation Amphitheatre (approximate 15 to 20 minutes’ walk from the Main Entrance to Elephants of Asia entrance). Late arrivals may miss certain tour components and and the tour’s end time will not be extended.
- Photo opportunities are allowed only at authorised photography areas.
- Participants are to comply with Parks Rules and Conditions for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.
