From 1 July 2026, all purchases and renewals of the new Friends of Mandai (Starter/Premium/Premium Plus) and Friends of Mandai Senior will include annual access to the respective wildlife attractions including Asia’s First Wildlife Adventure Park – Rainforest Wild Adventure (previously known as Rainforest Wild) varying by membership tier.

Rainforest Wild Adventure features two zones – EAST and WEST (previously known as Rainforest Wild ASIA). With the newly expanded EAST zone addition, visitors can now explore the full 20 hectares of naturalistic habitats inspired by the rainforests of Asia and Africa.

Friends of Rainforest Wild Adventure WEST will be sunset with effect from 1 July 2026 as part of a broader refresh of our membership programme.

This update aligns with the expansion of Rainforest Wild Adventure, including the opening of the EAST zone, and the move towards a more streamlined membership structure across Mandai Wildlife Group. The refreshed programmes will consolidate access and benefits to provide clearer value, greater flexibility, and a more seamless experience for members across all attractions and offerings.

Existing members will continue to enjoy their current benefits until the end of their membership term. Upon expiry, members may transition to one of the updated Friends of Mandai membership programmes, which are designed to offer enhanced access across the full Rainforest Wild Adventure experience alongside our other wildlife and indoor attractions.

Existing members who have not renewed or upgraded to the Rainforest Wild Adventure EAST inclusive membership from 1 July 2026 may opt for one of the following:

1. Upgrade to the new membership programme by paying a nominal upgrade fee, which will include access to newly expanded Rainforest Wild Adventure EAST and additional benefits under the new programme; or
   
   
2. If you are within your renewal window, you can renew to the new membership program. This includes access to the expanded Rainforest Wild Adventure EAST and additional exclusive benefits.; or
   
   
3. If you choose to retain in the current membership, you may enjoy members’ exclusive tickets at $20 per registered member per visit* to access the newly expanded EAST zone and experience up to 9 Adventure+ activities (U.P. $50).
   
   - 5 Adventure+ activities on peak days, or
   - 9 Adventure+ activities on regular days

Members’ exclusive tickets are valid for purchase and visits from now till 31 Aug 2026.

If you are holding an Individual Adult / Family / Child|Teen/ Senior / Caretaker membership, you will enjoy a 20% discount when you renew your membership to the new programmes (except for Friends of Mandai Senior) from 1 Jul 2026. Your new membership will include access to the newly expanded Rainforest Wild Adventure EAST.

Please note that downgrades from Friends of Mandai / Friends of Mandai Plus to the new Friends of Mandai Starter membership will NOT be eligible for the 20% renewal discount, as it offers a different level of access compared to your current membership.

Friends of Mandai Starter/Premium/Premium Plus members who joined on/after 1 July 2026, may enjoy 25% discount on single admission tickets for Curiosity Cove and Exploria. Discount codes can be retrieved on Membership Portal to enjoy discount on admission tickets.

The discount applies to up to 4 tickets for Friends of Starter members, 8 tickets for Friends of Premium members and 12 tickets for Friends of Mandai Premium Plus members. Tickets may be purchased for member’s own use or for friends and family.

Alternatively, you may purchase an admission ticket at local resident rate for Curiosity Cove or Exploria separately to experience the new attractions at your convenience. 

Pricing reviews are conducted annually and consider various factors, including updates to the experiences we offer.

With this new EAST zone addition, visitors can now explore the full 20 hectares of naturalistic habitats inspired by the rainforests of Asia and Africa. Adventure and wildlife experiences come together at Rainforest Wild Adventure, where visitors choose their own level of exploration and every wildlife encounter is a spontaneous discovery. From accessible, fun activities for most visitors under Adventure+, to more intense harnessed experiences for thrill-seekers under Black Adventure, there is something for everyone. The expansion brings the park’s total number of Adventure+ activities to 9 across both zones.

We have reviewed our pricing to reflect this fresh offering. We would like to assure you that this adjustment reflects the added value of the new indoor attractions.

You may upgrade your admission tickets under the following conditions:

• Admission Tickets that are purchased through the Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG) Website are eligible for a upgrade to any of our Memberships, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
• A copy of the Admission Tickets must be presented onsite at one of our Member Services Centres located at Mandai Wildlife EAST and Mandai Wildlife WEST.
• Upgrades must be applied for and processed on the same day as the visit date stipulated on the Admission Ticket.
• Tickets purchased through third party channels, complimentary tickets, corporate tickets and selected promotional tickets are not eligible for an upgrade to an Eligible Membership.
• Admission Tickets used for a membership upgrades must correspond to the respective category in the membership type that is being purchased, and the number of Admission Tickets combined must not exceed the number of individuals in the selected membership type. For example:
  1. An adult Admission Ticket may only be used to supplement an Eligible Membership that is for, or includes, and adult or teenager.
  2. For an Eligible Membership for the family package of 2 adults and 6 children, conversions, a maximum of 2 adult and 6 children tickets may be used.
  3. For an upgrade to an Eligible Membership for an individual adult, only one (1) Admission Ticket for an adult may be used — an Admission Ticket for a child is not eligible, and two (2) adult Admission Tickets cannot be used together.
• The membership fees payable to upgrade an Admission Ticket to an Eligible Membership is the difference between the value of the Eligible Membership that is being applied for and the combined value of the Admission Tickets used for the upgrade, provided that the combined Admission Ticket value does not exceed the applicable membership fees. For clarity, if combined Admission Ticket value exceeds the Eligible Membership, the number of Admission Tickets being combined must be reduced.
• Activity Tickets are not eligible for upgrade to a membership.

While we do not offer a concessionary membership for students, we do offer concessionary memberships for children who are 3 to 12 years old and teens who are 13 to 17 years old.

Yes, our Family membership allows up to 2 Adults and up to 6 Children/Teens and is not limited to immediate family members (extended family or friends may be included).

A child’s age is defined as 3 to 12 years old, and a teen’s age is defined as 13 to 17 years old in our individual child/teen and family membership programme. Age is determined at the time of sign-up or renewal, and the membership remains valid even if the child / teen ages into a different tier during the membership.

As Curiosity Cove requires valid admission for all children, you may wish to sign up for a Family membership and include your child to ensure they can continue enjoying membership benefits throughout the validity period. 

Yes, we offer concessionary membership for Seniors.

To be eligible for a Senior membership, you would have to be 60 years old and above, with a Singapore NRIC or FIN card.

• For the Friends of Mandai Senior $93 membership, you may sign up online via Singpass verification or onsite at Member Services Centres at Mandai Wildlife EAST or WEST.
  
  
• For the Friends of Mandai (Starter/Premium/Premium Plus) membership, a physical NRIC or FIN card is required. Applications and verification can be completed onsite at Member Services Centres at Mandai Wildlife EAST or WEST.

Friends of Mandai, Friends of Mandai Plus and Friends of Rainforest Wild Adventure WEST members can purchase single entry admission tickets to Curiosity Cove and enjoy up to 7 hours of UNLIMITED weekday playtime*!

*Excluding weekends, school holidays and public holidays.

Members are required to book an admission slot for Night Safari, Curiosity Cove and Exploria from Membership Portal before arrival. Each 20-digit membership visual ID may hold up to three (3) admission slots per attraction.

• Log in to the Membership Portal.
• Select the attraction, number of valid members and admission slot.
• View booking details under Manage Bookings.

Present booking details and membership e-card at the attraction entrance.

Admission slots and ticket bookings are subject to availability, on a first-come-first-served basis.

Each booking of Curiosity Cove and Exploria visit will be counted as one (1) use from your balance, regardless of the number of members booked for that visit.

Friends of Mandai Starter is entitled to 3 visits, Friends of Mandai Premium is entitled to 6 visits and Friends of Mandai Premium Plus is entitled to 8 visits per membership validity.

Due to system limitations, there is no edit or cancellation feature to Curiosity Cove and Exploria bookings. If you are unable to utilise your Curiosity Cove or Exploria bookings, only fully unused bookings and tickets will be credited back to your balance the next working day.

The new Friends of Mandai Starter, Friends of Mandai Premium, Friends of Mandai Premium Plus and Friends of Mandai Senior memberships include unlimited access to the new expanded Rainforest Wild Adventure EAST access and Adventure+ activity tickets vary by membership type.

If your children or teens are registered members, they can use the membership e-card without you or your spouse present. However, to enjoy the membership benefits and privileges, the membership e-card must be shown.

We recommend that children visit our attractions with an accompanying adult.

Curiosity Cove admission requires children to be accompanied/supervised by an adult, depending on their age.

As our memberships are non-transferable, only registered members whose faces are reflected in the membership photo can enjoy the membership’s benefits and privileges.

A caretaker membership can only be purchased in conjunction with a valid family package under a Friends of Mandai Starter Membership, Friends of Mandai Premium Membership, or Friends of Mandai Premium Plus Membership (each, a “Family Membership”). Only one (1) Caretaker Membership may be purchased with each Family Membership.

From 1 July 2026, exisiting Friends of Mandai / Friends of Mandai Plus / Friends of Rainforest Wild Adventure WEST / Friends of Mandai Starter / Friends of Mandai Premium / Friends of Mandai Premium Plus members can purchase a Members' Parking Pass (MPP) at a nominal fee of $50 per membership, applicable for one registered vehicle. 

The Members’ Parking Pass includes parking at the multi-storey car parks at Mandai Wildlife EAST and Mandai Wildlife WEST for the full duration of the membership, without incurring hourly parking charges. MPP validity follows the membership tenure (up to 12 months).

Please note that an In-Vehicle Unit (IU) or On-Board Unit (OBU) number must be submitted when applying for the MPP.

Yes, admission to our attractions is subjected to blackout dates. Please refer to our Members Benefits & Privileges page for details, as we expect exceptionally high volumes of visitors on these specific dates.

To ensure a comfortable experience for our members, these blackout dates have been set to encourage you to visit our attractions on other days.

Blackout dates

• Friends of Mandai Starter (joined on/before 30 Jun 2026): New Year’s Day, First and Second day of Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Good Friday, Labour Day, Hari Raya Haji, Vesak Day, National Day, Deepavali, and Christmas Day.
• Friends of Mandai Starter (joined on/after 1 Jul 2026): First and Second day of Lunar New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Labour Day, Deepavali, and Christmas Day.
• Friends of Mandai Premium / Friends of Rainforest Wild Adventure WEST: Second day of Chinese New Year, Labour Day, and Hari Raya Puasa.
• Friends of Mandai Plus / Friends of Mandai Ultimate / Friends of Mandai Premium Plus: Not applicable.

Members who wish to enter the attractions on these blackout dates will have to purchase admission tickets at the prevailing rates. Blackout dates may vary from year to year.

As part of our ongoing review to sustain quality offerings across our parks, there will be an adjustment to the Friends of Mandai Senior member benefits.

All Friends of Mandai Senior membership purchase from 1 July 2026, the F&B and Retail discount will be revised from 20% to 15% at selected in-park outlets across our parks.

This revision ensures we can continue to maintain the high standard of food, products, and experiences that our members enjoy, while keeping our membership programme sustainable for the long term.

Adventure+ tickets are limited to one (1) activity per visit and will be issued based on number of members selected during visit booking.

Each booking of Adventure+ activity will be counted as one (1) use from your balance, regardless of the number of members booked for that visit.

If you are unable to utilise your Adventure+ tickets, only fully unused bookings and tickets will be credited back to your balance the next working day.
