Terms and Conditions
Zookeeper for a Day: Junior Edition
- A minimum age requirement to participate of 13 years old.
- A minimum of 2 paying persons required to commence the session and tour can accommodate a maximum of 5 persons. At least 2 weeks’ advance booking is required prior to the tour.
- Tours sold are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellation and non-changeable.
- Tour price excludes park admission tickets.
- Tour is non-exclusive and other guests may join the same tour.
- Tours are solely conducted in English.
- Tours may be altered or cancelled due to weather conditions, animal health and/or safety concerns.
- Expectant mothers and guests with mobility impairments are unable to join the tour due to safety reasons.
- Participants are to arrive at least 5 minutes before tour start time at the “Meeting Point” signage in front of Singapore Zoo Membership & Experiences Centre. Late arrivals may miss certain tour components and and the tour’s end time will not be extended.
- Photo opportunities are allowed only at authorised photography areas.
- Tour is subject to availability at the time of booking and on a first come first serve basis upon confirmation. Other terms & conditions apply.

- A minimum of 2 paying persons to commence the session and tour can accommodate a maximum of 5 persons. At least 2 weeks’ advance booking is required prior to the tour.

- Participants under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times during the commencement of Kid’s Edition programme.
