Terms and Conditions

Zoo Adventure Tour
General
  1. Tours sold are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellation and non-changeable.
  2. Tour price excludes park admission tickets.
  3. Tours may be altered or cancelled due to weather conditions, animal health and/or safety concerns.
  4. For safety reasons, guests with mobility impairments or wheelchair users are unable to join the tour.
  5. Tours are 90-minutes' duration and solely conducted in English.
  6. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the tour.
  7. Participants are to arrive at least 5 minutes before tour start time at the “Meeting Point” signage in front of Singapore Zoo Membership & Experiences Centre. All tours will depart on time as scheduled. 
  8. Photo opportunities are allowed only at authorised photography areas.
  9. Storage space on the buggy for foldable wheelchair and/or stroller is not available.
  10. Participants to comply with Parks Rules and Conditions for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.

Private Experience

  1. Tour can accommodate maximum of 7 persons, including adult, child and infant for passenger safety.
  2. Late arrivals may miss certain tour components and the tour’s end time will not be extended.

Join A Group

  1. A minimum of 2 paying persons required to commence the session and tour can accommodate a maximum of 13 persons, including adult, child and infant for passenger safety.​
  2. Tours are non-exclusive and other guests may join the same tour.
  3. Out of respect for other participants and operational requirements, tours will not be delayed for late arrivals.
