- Complimentary tram / shuttle service is included in admission ticket for Singapore Zoo, Night Safari and Bird Paradise.
- All children below the age of 3 years old (as determined by the date of birth) may enter the Attractions for free when accompanied by an adult above the age of 21 years old holding an Admission Ticket to the same Attractions.
- The Local Student concession rate is available to students from any secondary or tertiary institution in Singapore, including government, private, and international schools. Eligible institutions include secondary schools, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE), polytechnics, junior colleges, and universities. A valid student photo identification card must be presented for verification at the point of entry.
