Toy Doctor by Mandai Wildlife Reserve is Southeast Asia’s first integrated plush care centre, providing professional toy restoration, engaging workshops, and immersive role-play experiences.
At Toy Doctor, we believe every plush holds a story worth preserving. Our mission is to equip adults and children alike with the knowledge and skills to recycle and restore, guiding thoughtful choices that nurture the well-being of people, wildlife, and our planet.

Every plush is special — meet with our Toy Doctors to craft the healing plan tailored for your cuddly friend.

Toy Doctors carefully administer the treatment with tender care. Be assured that your plush friend is in good hands!
Step 5: The Happy Reunion
Your plush friend is ready to come home — looking bright, feeling loved and ready for more memories with you.
General Advisory: Indemnity and Liability
We are committed to giving your plush friend the best care possible and helping them return to a healthier state, but as to all treatments and surgeries, there may be risks involved in the process.
Toy Doctor does not hold responsibility if the following risks occur. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.
Possible Risks
- Your plush friend may look or feel a little different from the original in terms of stitching, shape or colour tone after treatment.
- Thinning of fabric may occur depending on treatments agreed and condition of your plush friend.
- Final treatments method may have to adjusted and differ from quotations, based on the conditions of your plush friend. Be assured that our Toy Doctors will discuss options with you before proceeding with the final treatment.
- In the event we encounter an issue mid-repair that cannot be fixed, we will discuss with you and activate either of the options:
- 1. Recommend alternative treatments which may
best suits the needs of your plush friend, or - 2. Stop the treatment and revert your plush friend as close to its original condition as possible and allow the plush friend to check out and reunite with you.

What began in 1996 as a shared passion for teddy bear artistry led Isaac Kong and Pamela Theng to become the heart behind Toy Doctor.
With years of experience in toy crafting, they have specialised in soft toy restoration and cleaning services since 2016.
