Your plush friend is ready to come home — looking bright, feeling loved and ready for more memories with you.
General Advisory
We are committed to giving your plush friend the best care possible and helping them return to a healthier state, but as to all treatments and surgeries, there may be risks involved in the process.
Toy Doctor does not hold responsibility if the following risks occur. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.
Possible Risks
- Your plush friend may look or feel a little different from the original in terms of stitching, shape or colour tone after treatment.
- Thinning of fabric may occur depending on treatments agreed and condition of your plush friend.
- Final treatments method may have to adjusted and differ from quotations, based on the conditions of your plush friend. Be assured that our Toy Doctors will discuss options with you before proceeding with the final treatment.
- In the event we encounter an issue mid-repair that cannot be fixed, we will discuss with you and activate either of the options:
- Recommend alternative treatments which may best suits the needs of your plush friend, or
- Stop the treatment and revert your plush friend as close to its original condition as possible and allow the plush friend to check out and reunite with you.

Crochet a Capybara
Ever wondered how a strand of yarn can be transformed into a plushie?
Jointly presented to you by Toy Doctor and Tiny Rabbit Hole, join us for a beginner friendly crochet workshop and make your own capybara crochet right here at Toy Doctor!
What you'll do:
- Learn how to hold a crochet hook and make basic stitches
- Crochet a rectangle and join to combine
- Attach eyes and stuffing
- Attach ears and snort
What you'll learn:
- How to make basic stitches such as chains and single crochet
- How to sew a basic shape into a ball-like shape

Plush Rejuvenation Workshop
Is your favourite cuddle buddy looking a little flat?
Bring your plush friends and give them the glow-up they deserve!
Join us for a hands-on workshop as we bring the bounce back to your most cherished companions.
What you'll do:
- Restuff and reshape your plush
- Learn how to close seams invisibly
- Light surface cleaning for a fresh finish
What you'll learn:
- A peek into different stuffing materials
- Easy plush care tips to keep them happy

- One plush per sign-up
- Polyester-stuff plush only, max height 40cm
- Children 12 & below must be accompanied by an adult

Toy Doctor For A Day
Have you ever wondered what does a Toy Doctor do?
Get a chance to meet our professional Toy Doctor and get a tour to our back of house treatment room!
Through engaging interactions, kids will learn from our Toy Doctor professional plush care tips and simple sewing skills.
Be certified as a junior Toy Doctor now!
What you'll do:
- Interact with our professional Toy Doctors
- Tour and understand the toy restoration work behind the scene
- Master simple sewing skills, help us restore our plush buddy and be certified as Toy Doctor!
What you'll learn:
- how to detect if your plush buddy needs attention for cleaning/restoration
- Plush care tips and restoration process
- Basic sewing skills using child-safe needles
Suitable for kids aged 5 - 7 years old.
Walks-ins are available.
Inside Out Challenge
A fun, hands-on activity designed to teach young participants about the materials used to stuff plush toys and how to properly care for them.
The goal is to educate children on various stuffing use in plush toy and understanding about sustainability has been evolved throughout the years.
What you'll do:
- Learn the different kind of stuffing in plush toy
- How to differentiate the stuffing materials
- Guessing game for the stuffing
- Experience making a mini plush to bring home
What you'll learn:
- A peek into different stuffing materials
- Easy plush care tips
- Basic sewing skills
Suitable for children below 12 years old with an accompanying adult.
Build Your Own Plush (BYOP)
Bring a new friend to life in this heartwarming DIY experience. More than just making a plush, this workshop is about the stories and memories crafted by hand.
Guests will personally stuff, hand-sew, and personalise their plush, gaining an appreciation for the craftsmanship behind each creation.
Whether you're creating a keepsake for yourself or a thoughtful gift for someone special, each plush is designed to hold memories and tell a story that lasts a lifetime.
What you'll do:
- Choose your plush skin* and learn the art of hand-stuffing
- Close the seams with a hidden finish for a seamless look
- Add unique touches and receive a Birth Certificate to mark its beginning
What you'll learn:
- How to shape and fill your plush for the perfect hug
- The technique of closing seams invisibly

- All ages, children aged 12 years and below must be accompanied by a parent.
