Collection of $8 F&B Voucher

For onsite sign-ups and renewal, the $8 F&B voucher will be issued immediately upon successful transaction at the Guest & Member Services Centres of Bird Paradise or Singapore Zoo.
For online sign-ups and renewal, members are required to collect the $8 F&B voucher at the Guest & Member Services Centres of Bird Paradise or Singapore Zoo within one (1) month from order date stated in the purchase invoice email.
