Terms and Conditions
Backstage Pass: Manatee Mania
- A minimum of 2 paying persons required to commence the session and tour can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons.
- Animal interaction time: 20 minutes.
- Tour prices are subjected to weekday, weekend and local Public Holiday.
- Tour price excludes park admission tickets.
- Participants must be at least 1.2m in height to participate in the Manatee Mania tour.
- Tours are non-exclusive and other guests may join the same tour.
- Tours sold are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellation and non-changeable.
- Tours are solely conducted in English.
- Expectant mothers and guests with mobility impairments are unable to join the tour due to safety reasons.
- Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, during the tour.
- For safety reasons, wheelchairs and strollers/other mobility devices are not allowed within back of house areas.
- Slippers and comfortable attire recommended. Swimsuit not necessary.
- Participants are to arrive at least 5 minutes before tour start time at the River Wonders Entrance. Late arrivals may miss certain tour components and the tour’s end time will not be extended.
- Photo opportunities are allowed only at authorised photography areas.
- Participants are to comply with Parks Rules and Conditions for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.
