Backstage Pass: Penguin Encounters
General
- A minimum of 2 paying persons required to commence the session and tour can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons.
- Animal interaction time: 20 minutes.
- Tour prices exclude park admission tickets.
- Participants must be at least 1.2m in height to participate in the Penguin Encounters tour.
- Tours are non-exclusive and other guests may join the same tour.
- Tours sold are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellation and non-changeable.
- Tours are solely conducted in English.
- Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, during the tour.
- For safety reasons, wheelchairs and strollers/other mobility devices are not allowed within back of house areas.
- Long pants, covered shoes and comfortable attire recommended. Cold jacket will be provided when entering back of house.
- Participants are to arrive at least 5 minutes before tour start time at Level 3 of Ocean Network Express Penguin Cove (by the King Penguin Statue). Late arrivals may miss certain tour components and the tour's end time will not be extended.
- Download the Mandai App and use the Map Section to easily find the Meeting Point by searching for "Tour Meeting Point".
- Photo opportunities are allowed only at authorised photography areas.
- Participants are to comply with Parks Admission terms & conditions for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.
