Mandai Season Access

1. The Mandai Season Access (3 Months) (the “Season Access”), which may be applied for online or onsite at one of our Guest & Member Services Centres, is valid for a duration of three (3) months from the date of successful application (the “Validity Period”).
2. The following blackout dates are applicable for the Season Access:
   1. 22 and 23 November 2025;
   2. 29 and 30 November 2025; and
   3. 6 December 2025,
      (the “Blackout Dates”)

3. The Season Access will allow Holders (as defined below) to enter the Singapore Zoo, Bird Paradise, and Rainforest Wild ASIA (the “Parks”) during regular operating hours except on the Blackout Dates. For clarity, the Season Access is solely and strictly for the Holders’ admission to the Parks during the Validity Period only, and does not include discounts, promotions and/or offers provided across the Mandai Wildlife Reserve. We reserve the right to restrict access and/or impose additional fees in the event any special or promotional events are being held at the Parks during the Validity Period.
4. The fees payable for a Season Access (the “Fees”) shall be paid in full at the time of application and there shall be no pro-rata or refund of the Fees.
5. One (1) photograph reflective of all Season Access holders registered at the time of application (the “Holders”) is required for the electronic Season Access card (“e-card”) application. The photograph must not include any individuals who are not registered under the Season Access.
6. An e-card will be automatically reflected in the Membership Portal. No physical Season Access card will be issued to the Holders.
7. The e-card is personal to the Holders and is not transferable. Only the Holders whose images are reflected on the e-card may use the Season Access. Holders must present their e-card to enter the Parks.
8. The e-card is the property of Mandai Park Holdings Pte. Ltd. and its subsidiaries, related companies, and affiliates who are engaged in its lines of businesses (“Mandai Wildlife Group” or “we”, “our”, or “us”), which manages the Parks. We reserve the right to terminate the e-card if it is found to have been fraudulently issued, misused, tampered with, or the Validity Period has expired.
9. The Season Access is limited to a maximum registration of two (2) adults and five (5) children/teenagers and is not limited to immediate family members (extended family or friends may be a Holder). Once the Season Access application is successfully submitted, any request for the addition of or change to the Holders will not be allowed. For clarity, a child is an individual aged 3 to 12 years old, and a teenager is an individual aged 13 to 17 years old.
10. We reserve the right to request for the Holders to verify their age and/or identity at the time of the Season Access application, or prior to admission to the Parks.
11. We reserve the right to (a) reject any Season Access application, and (b) suspend or terminate a Season Access without liability or refund, if any of the terms and conditions of the Season Access is not complied with or the e-card is abused.
12. Holders shall at all times comply with the Parks Rules and Conditions and the Park Tickets Terms and Conditions.
13. The Season Access terms and conditions may be supplemented, amended or terminated without prior notice to the Holders at our sole and absolute discretion. In the event of a dispute, our decision will be final and conclusive.

Parking Pass

1. One (1) Parking Pass ("PP") may be applied for with each Season Access (as defined in the Season Access Terms & Conditions found at (the “Season Access T&Cs”)) at a one-time fee of S$30 (inclusive of GST) (the “Fee”).
   
2. The PP is valid for use during the Validity Period (as defined in the Season Access T&Cs) only.
3. The PP is only valid in respect of parking at the multi-storey car parks located at Mandai Wildlife EAST and Mandai Wildlife WEST (the “MSCPs”).
4. The Fee is strictly non-refundable and any transfer of the PP benefits to any other individual who is not a Holder (as defined in the Season Access T&Cs) is strictly not permitted.
5. The PP can only be registered to one (1) private car which has been fitted out with an In-Vehicle Unit (IU)/On-Board Unit (OBU).
6. To register for the PP, the following information must be provided to the Mandai Wildlife Group: (a) name of vehicle owner, (b) Vehicle Number, (c) IU/OBU Label Number, and (d) vehicle owner’s email address. Successful registration of a vehicle for the PP is subject to Mandai Wildlife Group (as defined in the Season Access T&Cs) sole discretion.
7. The PP permits parking at any vacant car park lot at the MSCPs at the time of entry. Car park lots are subject to availability and are on a first-come-first-served basis. No reservation of car park lots is allowed.
8. Should the Vehicle Number or IU/OBU Label Number differ from what was submitted during the PP application, the vehicle will be treated as not having a valid PP and standard parking rates will apply.
9. Any replacement or change of the Vehicle Number or IU/OBU Label Number will incur a non-refundable administrative fee of S$10 (excluding GST) and will require at least three (3) working days for the replacement / change to be reflected. For clarity, “Working Days” means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or Singapore public holiday. 
10. MWG reserves the right to alter or amend any of the above terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice and any decision made by MWG shall be final and conclusive.
