What is the Online Presentation Booking System?
This is part of our efforts to enhance the queue system to ensure a smoother park experience for our members and guests.
Guests can now book their presentation seats 2 hours before the presentation starts so that they need not physically queue.
This system is available at River Wonders and Night Safari. Limited seats available.
How do I book a seat for animal presentations?
You must have a valid park admission ticket and timeslot before you book a presentation on the day of your visit. Park admission tickets can be purchased online.
- On our website, click on See and Do > Presentations
- Select the park and presentation you'd like to watch and click on 'Book Seats'
All presentation bookings are subject to availability.
An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address upon successful booking.
Do I need to book seats for my baby/infant/toddler/child?
Yes, as they are considered as 1 headcount.
What do I need to present to enter the presentation?
Please present your booking confirmation email.
Please ensure all person(s) are onsite at the presentation location 15 minutes before presentation time.
If I have a later park admission time slot ticket, can I book for an earlier presentation time?
Kindly book for a presentation slot that is later than your park admission timing.
You can make an online booking for the presentation anywhere in our parks, 2 hours before each presentation time.
Can I book for a presentation from my home? How far away from the presentation location can I make a booking?
You can make a booking via our website 2 hours before each presentation. Being in close physical proximity to the presentation venue is not required.
Seats are limited and subject to availability.
If there are no more presentation seats available, can I change my visit date/time?
Our presentations at River Wonders and Night Safari are operating with limited seating capacity.
Tickets are only valid on the stated date and time, and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
There is still much to see as our 5 parks continue to be home to almost 1,000 species of animals, many of which display their natural behaviours as you explore the park and encounter a wildlife experience like no other.
I have a multi-park ticket. Can I book seats for multiple presentations across different parks?
Yes, you may book for the various presentation seats 2 hours before each presentation.
I have made a successful booking. Will you send me a reminder closer to the presentation time?
An email reminder will be sent 10 to 20 minutes before the presentation starts, depending on the zones that you have been assigned to.
Please ensure all person(s) are onsite at the presentation venue 15 minutes before the presentation starts.
How early should I be at your presentation venue? What if I am late for the presentation or would like to cancel?
Please ensure all person(s) are onsite at the presentation venue 15 minutes before the presentation starts.
Should you arrive after the presentation has begun, it will be considered a no-show and your seats may be released to other guests for them to enjoy the presentation.
Should you wish to cancel your presentation booking, please help our zoo community by cancelling your booking via the SMS/email confirmation sent to you.
No-show will be deemed as void and cannot be reused for another presentation.
Can I queue up for the presentation instead, without a booking?
A successful online presentation booking is required to watch the presentation.
Please arrive at the presentation venue only at the timing as per the confirmation email sent.
