Finding the perfect gift for any occasion can be difficult, but our annual membership gift voucher is an easy choice. Give your loved ones a wild experience they won't forget, every moment counts!
 

Need to gift it soon? Head down to the Membership & Experiences Centre at Singapore Zoo to purchase the membership gift vouchers and receive it on the spot!
 

Alternatively, submit an order form to purchase your membership gift voucher online.
 

Steps for online membership gift voucher purchase:

  1. Download the order form and submit the completed form to us via email at [email protected].
  2. Only credit card payment is accepted for online orders.
  3. Once order has been placed, please allow up to 7 working days for processing of the gift voucher which will be mailed to your specified local (Singapore) address.

Upon receiving the membership gift voucher, the gift recipent must redeem it within 3 months from the date of issuance and the gift voucher is redeemable at the Membership & Experiences Centre at Singapore Zoo.

Terms & Conditions
  1. Gift voucher is valid for redemption 3 months from the date of issuance.
  2. Physical gift voucher must be presented onsite for membership redemption.
  3. Gift voucher is not exchangeable or refundable and must be redeemed before the indicated expiry date.
  4. Gift voucher may only be redeemed for the membership type and category purchased.
  5. Family membership is limited to 2 adults and up to 5 children, not limiting to immediate family members. Extended family members or friends can be registered under the same membership. A child’s age is defined as 3 to 12 years old.
  6. No cash refunds and/or upgrades will be made for family sizes bigger or smaller than those in the category stated in the voucher.
  7. Not applicable with any other promotions or discounts.
  8. Wildlife Reserves Singapore (WRS) will not be responsible for any loss or damage of this voucher.
  9. WRS reserves the right at any time to vary, modify, amend, add or delete the terms and conditions of the gift voucher without prior notice.
