  • Toybox Experience Passports sold are strictly non-refundable. 
  • Toybox Experience Passport is a Singapore Zoo and River Wonders dual park activity that excludes park admission.
  • A valid Individual / Family membership and a time slot booking to the respective parks is required on top of the Toybox Experience Passport to enter the park. 
  • Toybox Experience Passport excludes Toybox Retail Merchandise and F&B items. 
  • Toybox Experience Passport is a 1-day passport and is valid only on the date of visit.
  • Members are required to redeem the Toybox Experience Passport onsite (between 10am – 4pm) to begin the gameplay. 
  • Members must complete 4 out of 6 activities at each park on date of visit to receive the respective park’s mini magnet. All mini magnets must be redeemed on the date of visit, between 10am to 5.30pm.
  • Mini magnet designs will be given as indicated in the activity booklet, and requests for a different design will not be entertained.
  • Redemption of mini magnets are on a first-come, first-served basis, and the event organiser reserves the right to replace the mini magnets with another item of similar value.
  • Additional tries for each activity station are subjected to on-site availability. 
  • Late arrival to your booked timeslot for park admission may result in non-admittance. Admission at a later timing may be allowed, subject to availability. 
  • Toybox Experience is a rain or shine event. No refund will be provided in the event of wet weather.

Can I convert my admission tickets to a membership?

You may convert your admission tickets under the following conditions:

  • Physical copy of online/onsite admission tickets have to be presented.
  • Conversion has to be processed on the same day of admission into the respective parks.
  • All admission tickets can only be converted to a Friends of Wildlife/ Friends of Wildlife Plus membership.
  • Admission tickets converted must correspond to the membership category purchased.
  • Tickets purchased using Travel agent tickets, complimentary tickets and all promotional tickets are not eligible for conversion to membership.
  • Conversion of admission tickets to memberships will not involve any form of refund as tickets sold are non-refundable.
  • Chargeable conversion fee is determined by the difference in the value of the membership applied for and the value of the admission tickets used for the conversion.
  • Rides and rental tickets sold are not eligible for conversion to a membership.

Do members enjoy parking benefits?

Friends of Wildlife Plus members are entitled to one (1) complimentary Member’s Parking Pass (MPP) for one vehicle per membership. Please note that an In-Vehicle Unit (IU) number must be submitted to apply for MPP. Read the full MPP terms and conditions here.

Are there blackout dates for my membership?

Friends of Wildlife Plus members are able to enjoy annual admission to any of our parks, with no blackout dates applicable. However, members are encouraged to visit the respective park's website (Jurong Bird Park, Night Safari, River Wonders and Singapore Zoo) for latest updates before visiting the park(s) at all times.

Do you offer a concessionary membership for a Senior Citizen?

We do offer concessionary membership for Seniors. To be eligible for a Senior membership, you would have to be 60 years old and above, with a Singapore NRIC or FIN card. Please note that the NRIC or FIN card is required for the application of a concessionary Senior membership and may only be done onsite at our parks. You may find the prices for the respective concessionary Senior memberships under each membership category.

Do you offer a concessionary membership for students?

While we do not offer a concessionary membership for students, we do offer concessionary memberships for children who are 3 to 12 years old. You may find the prices for the respective child memberships under each membership category.

I am a member. Can I let a friend, family member or caretaker enjoy my membership’s benefits and privileges?

As our memberships are non-transferable, only the registered members whose faces are reflected in the membership photo can enjoy the membership’s benefits and privileges. Therefore, if you are absent, a friend, family member or caretaker cannot substitute you.

If you are part of a Family membership, you are entitled to nominate an individual for a concessionary Caretaker membership. Please note that each Family membership is only entitled to one nomination. See the full terms and conditions for the use of the caretaker discount voucher here.

I have a Family membership. Can my children who are part of my membership use the membership card without me or my spouse?

As long as your children are registered members, they may use the membership card even when you or your spouse are not present. However, please note that the membership card with a photo that reflects the faces of your children will have to be presented for your children to enjoy the membership’s benefits and privileges, and a person of reasonable age should accompany your children.

My spouse and I wish to sign up for a membership. We have only one child and he/she will be turning 3 within a year. Should my spouse and I sign up for two individual memberships or should we sign up for a Family membership and register my child?

As your child is below 3 years, he/she is not chargeable. Therefore, your spouse and you may sign up for individual memberships. However, an admission ticket or a Child membership would be required for your child once he/she turns 3. Alternatively, you may choose to sign up for a Family membership and register your child so that he/she can continue to enjoy the membership’s benefit and privileges throughout the validity of the membership.

What do I do if my membership card is lost?

Kindly note that we have discontinued the issuance of physical card for new sign-ups and renewals with effect from 28 March 2022.

You will still be able to enjoy all the benefits of your membership, including admission into the park(s) using your electronic card (e-card) via your smartphone. To access your e-card, log into the Membership Portal.

Will I be getting a physical membership card?

Please allow us to share with you with effect from 28 March 2022, we have discontinued the issuance of the physical card. Go-green with us today by going digital, in showing your support of our sustainability efforts, and enjoy greater convenience with the use of your electronic membership card (“e-card”). Please login to our Membership Portal to access your membership e-card as well as for:

  • Booking admission time slot before your visit to our park(s)
  • Scanning the e-card to enjoy all the benefits of your membership, including admission into the park(s)
