At Toy Doctor, we believe every plush holds a story worth preserving. Our mission is to equip adults and children alike with the knowledge and skills to recycle and restore, guiding thoughtful choices that nurture the well-being of people, wildlife, and our planet.

By rekindling the bond between individuals and their cherished toys, we ensure these treasured friends continue to bring comfort and joy across generations. Toy restoration consultations and services are now available for bookings.

What began in 1996 as a shared passion for teddy bear artistry led Isaac Kong and Pamela Theng to become the heart behind Toy Doctor.

With years of experience in toy crafting, they have specialised in soft toy restoration and cleaning services since 2016.

Driven by love and dedication, Isaac and Pamela — our devoted Toy Doctors — provide personalised care tailored to each plush companion, ensuring your beloved toys are restored with the attention they deserve.

"We recently admitted Theodore to Mandai Wildlife Reserve under the care of Dr Isaac for a much-needed procedure after years of being very loved. He came in with torn armpits, low stuffing levels, and was definitely due for some intensive care and rehabilitation. Theodore successfully underwent surgery to repair his torn armpits, received full restuffing treatment, and was even given a complete spa and cleaning session. We were honestly amazed when we saw him after discharge. He looked refreshed, healthier, cleaner, and somehow even more cuddly while still feeling completely like himself.
