Our Gallery & Testimonials

"We recently admitted Theodore to Mandai Wildlife Reserve under the care of Dr Isaac for a much-needed procedure after years of being very loved. He came in with torn armpits, low stuffing levels, and was definitely due for some intensive care and rehabilitation. Theodore successfully underwent surgery to repair his torn armpits, received full restuffing treatment, and was even given a complete spa and cleaning session. We were honestly amazed when we saw him after discharge. He looked refreshed, healthier, cleaner, and somehow even more cuddly while still feeling completely like himself. Thank you to Dr Isaac and the wonderful team at Mandai Wildlife Reserve for taking such amazing care of our little patient and treating Theodore with so much love and attention. Every stitch was done beautifully and with such care. We are beyond grateful and would highly recommend this toy hospital to anyone looking to give their treasured companion a second life."

"I had a really great experience with Toy Doctor at Mandai, Singapore. Their service was professional, attentive, and genuinely reassuring from start to finish. A special shoutout to Dr, pamela, who went above and beyond in taking care of my plush Mochi. Her dedication and clear communication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can really tell she cares about the ‘patients’ she’s handling. One thing I especially appreciated was that they created a WhatsApp group chat to keep me updated throughout the process. It was such a thoughtful touch – I received regular updates on Mochi’s condition and progress, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend Toy Doctor to anyone looking to restore their beloved plushies. Thank you again to Dr. Pamela and the team for the excellent care!"

"A BIG THANK YOU to Dr. Pamela and Fiqah for bringing my 30+ years buddy back to life – he looks just like he did when I first got him! So grateful for the super skilled doctors for preserving all my beautiful memories with him! My son also had a fun time making his own toy Stitch at Toy Doctor when we brought my buddy in. Highly recommended for a fun family day activity or to restore your cherished plushies!"
