- All guests must present valid identification (e.g., passport or identification card) for check-in and registration.
- The “Glamping in the Wild” experience (“Glamping in the Wild”) will be held at two campsites (“Campsites”), which are located at Glamping in the Wild — Reservoir Retreat located at the Mandai Wildlife EAST, 80 Mandai Lake Road, Singapore 729826 (“Reservoir Retreat”) and Glamping in the Wild — Crocodile Lodge located at the Rainforest Wild Adventure EAST, 80 Mandai Lake Road, Singapore 729826 (“Crocodile Lodge”).
- Each tent (the “Tent”) in the Campsites, except for the “Standard Tent — Queen” Tent at Crocodile Lodge (which has a maximum capacity of two (2) persons), has a maximum capacity of four (4) persons, which includes adults and minors/children (i.e., a guest below the age of twenty-one (21) years old (by date of birth) as at the check-in date (a “Minor”)).
- There must be at least one (1) adult (i.e., a registered guest above the age of twenty-one (21) years old (by date of birth) at the date of check in (an “Adult”)) and staying in each Tent.
- The minimum age to participate in Glamping in the Wild is three (3) years old (by date of birth) at the date of check-in.
- Reservations and registration for Glamping in the Wild, and check-in to the Tent, must be completed by an Adult, on behalf of all registered guests of the Tent.
- Throughout the duration of Glamping in the Wild, Adults must supervise the Minor(s) under their care at all times. In addition, Adults must accompany the Minor(s) who are under their care and under the age of six (6) years old throughout Glamping in the Wild.
- Glamping in the Wild is available on a first-come-first-served basis and dependent on a successful reservation with a confirmation email, as further described in the full Terms and Conditions.
- Reservations for Glamping in the Wild must be made at least three (3) calendar days before the intended date of the stay.
- The rates for Glamping in the Wild include admissions to the relevant park(s), guided tours, and meals, as set out in the itinerary applicable to the intended Glamping in the Wild experience dates (the “Itinerary”), and for the registered number of individuals in respect of the Tent.
- The rates and the Itineraries for Glamping in the Wild are subject to change from time to time by the Mandai Wildlife Group at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- Full payment for the intended Glamping in the Wild experience must be made at the point of booking via the credit card provided at the time of reservation. Any cancellations after full payment is made will not be entertained, and all payments are strictly non-refundable.
- A surcharge on the rates for Glamping in the Wild may apply during peak periods as designated by us, including but not limited to the eve of Singapore public holidays and Singapore public holidays.
- Some programmes in the Itineraries are subject to weather conditions. In the event of wet or bad weather, Mandai Wildlife Group reserves the right to replace, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, the programme affected by wet or bad weather with a suitable indoor programme.

Programme Overview
What is this camping programme about?
Reservoir Retreat is an all-inclusive camping experience located at Mandai Wildlife EAST.
The 2-day, 1-night experience is inclusive of accommodation, two meals (dinner and breakfast), park admission to two of our parks, guided tours and up-close wildlife encounters — all combined into a single package for a full destination experience.
Where can I book a tent?
What is included in the package?
The published package rate includes park admission to Singapore Zoo and Night Safari, valid only during your stay.
It also includes guided tours and two meals (dinner and breakfast) as stated in the programme itinerary.
How much does it cost?
Rates currently start from S$750 per tent per night for two campers, including both adults and children. Prices may vary based on season and availability.
Do we have access to the parks before check-in?
Access to the parks included in your itinerary is available only after check-in.
Can we explore the other parks during our camp?
Yes; Glamping in the Wild guests are entitled to 20% discount off Admission Park tickets and Tour experiences, when you visit during your stay.

Will we have access to the parks after hours?
Park access is limited to each park’s operating hours.
After park operating hours, participants are expected to return to their tents and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere by the reservoir, accompanied by the calming sounds of nature.

What is the maximum number of participants in a Tent?
Each tent can accommodate up to 4 campers.
Please note that pricing varies based on the number of campers staying.
What is the minimum age for participation?
Campers must be at least 3 years old on the day they join this programme, based on their date of birth.
Is there a requirement for adult supervision for child campers?
Can I bring my pet or service animal?
As we are situated within the Central Catchment Nature Reserve, pets and service animals are not permitted at our campsite to protect the area’s biodiversity.

I need help with the booking. Who can I contact?
What are your operating hours, check-in, and check-out times?
Our Front Desk operates daily from 8:00am to 8:00pm.
Check-in time is at 3:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Can I store my luggage if I arrive before check-in?
Yes, we can safeguard your luggage at our Front Desk if you arrive early.
What is your reservation and refund policy?
A pre-payment is required to confirm your reservation.
Kindly note that all reservations are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable.

Are the tents air-conditioned?
Yes, each tent is equipped with an air-conditioner, a ceiling fan and a standing fan.
Are there water dispensers nearby?
Yes, there are water dispensers located nearby. Please bring along your own bottle to refill throughout your stay.
Do the tents come with ensuite bathrooms?
No, the tents do not have ensuite bathrooms.
Shared bathroom facilities are available 24 hours, with separate male and female sections, as well as a family bathroom for added space and privacy.
Are there towels and amenity kits provided?
Towels will be provided for each tent, and shampoo and shower gel are available in the shared bathrooms.
In support of our sustainability efforts, dental kits and other single-use amenities are not provided. We encourage you to bring your own toiletries and be part of our efforts to care for the environment. Thank you for supporting our green initiative.
Can I charge my mobile phone / devices in the tent?
Yes, charging points (230V) are available inside each tent.
Is there a refrigerator in the tent?
No, refrigerators are not provided in the tents or on Reservoir Retreat glamping site.
Do you provide additional bedding, such as an extra bed and baby cot?
Extra bed and baby cot are not available.
Each tent is furnished with one queen-size bed and a single-bed bunk to accommodate the maximum capacity of 4 persons per tent.
Please note that the minimum age requirement for participation is 3 years old (by date of birth).
Are there smoking areas in Reservoir Retreat?
Reservoir Retreat upholds a stringent no-smoking policy. Smoking is not permitted under any circumstances.
The nearest designated smoking area is located at Multi Storey Carpark at Mandai Wildlife EAST.
If found smoking, or where any evidence of smoking is identified, a cleaning fee of S$500 per instance will apply.
Are the tents soundproof?
No, the tents are not soundproof.
We kindly ask all campers to keep noise levels low, especially during quiet hours from 10:30pm to 7:00am, to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for everyone.
Will the tent be made up while we are out doing activities?
Housekeeping and tent make-up services are not provided during the camp stay.
We encourage campers to keep their tents tidy throughout their stay.
Food & Beverage
Is the food prepared in-house?
Yes, food is prepared in-house by our chefs. Meals provided are “no pork, no lard” and the menu will be shared on the day of programme.
You may also view a sample menu in advance for your reference.
I have allergies. Can I bring my own food?
Kindly inform us of any food allergies at the time of booking so we can advise you accordingly.
Can I bring a cooking stove for use in the tent?
No; for safety reasons, cooking stoves or any open flames are not permitted inside tents or on the campsite.
Can I bring my own snacks or refreshments?
Meals are included in your programme, and there are plenty of dining options within our Parks.
If you are bringing your own food, please be mindful of the wild macaques, which are not under our care and may approach if food is left visible.
For safety, keep all food out of sight and ensure your tents are zipped and locked when unattended
Health & Safety
Who can I ask for assistance during the night in case of emergency?
You may approach our staff who will be onsite through the night for assistance.
An emergency phone number will also be provided at the Front Desk during your stay.
What if I fall ill or get injured during the programme? Do you have doctors onsite?
At least one certified first aider will be onsite to attend to minor injuries. In case of a serious emergency, we will promptly contact medical professionals via the ambulance.
The nearest hospital is Woodlands Health Campus.
Is it safe to leave my valuables in the tent? Can the tent be locked?
Mandai Wildlife Group will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
Campers are advised to keep valuables with them and ensure tents are securely locked when unattended. Each tent is equipped with its own lock for your security.
Can I bring balloons to the Campsite?
Balloons are not allowed at the Campsite for the protection of our environment, in line with similar guidelines in other areas within the Mandai Wildlife Reserve.
