  1. Tours sold are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellation and non-changeable.
  2. Tour can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons including adult, child and infant.
  3. Tour prices are subjected to weekday, weekend and local Public Holiday, excludes park admission tickets.
  4. Tours are 90-minutes' duration and solely conducted in English.
  5. Tours may be altered or cancelled due to weather conditions, animal health and/or safety concerns.
  6. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the tour.
  7. Participants are to arrive at least 5 minutes before tour start time at Bird Paradise Membership & Experiences Centre. Late arrivals may miss certain tour components and the tour’s end time will not be extended.
  8. Participants are to expect an up-close experience with the birds at free-flight walk-in aviaries.
  9. Photo opportunities are allowed only at authorised photography areas.
  10. Participants to comply with Parks Rules and Conditions for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.

See our nutritionists prepare meals for the birds at the Nutrition Centre. Perhaps even watch our bird nannies provide eggs-pert care for their charges at the Breeding Centre!

  4. Tours are non-exclusive and other guests may join the same tour.
  5. Tours are solely conducted in English.
  6. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, during the tour.
  7. Participants are to arrive at least 5 minutes before tour start time at Central Plaza (approximate 15 to 20 minutes walk along Forest Corridor from Main Entrance to Central Plaza). Late arrivals may miss certain tour components and and the tour’s end time will not be extended.

The Avian Healthcare itinerary is well thought out. It is truly mind blowing to see and understand the behind-the-scenes care put in for the birds! We were fortunate to witness vets working on a "patient" and it made the entire experience much sweeter! I would like to express my upmost sincere thanks and gratitude to the team for making our day our on the Bird Discovery Tour and Avian Healthcare Tour such a fantastic and memorable one. Most importantly, our guides - Joven and Kelvin were once again simply fantastic, they brought us around the park with such enthusiasm and fun! They were totally knowledgeable with their explanations and facts, never shying away from any questions we had. By the end of the day, they really made us feel like we also knew the birds and parks inside out, just like we were working there!
