Arrive early before each presentation begins as seats are subject to availability, on a first-come-first-served basis.
The Splash Safari presentation has designated splash zones. Occupy these seats only if you do not mind some wet and wild fun.
Kindly refrain from using flash photography during presentations as it may distract the animals.
We usually have photography sessions at the end of the presentation. So, be sure to stick around for a snap with our animals!
We have designated wheelchair zones at the Shaw Foundation Amphitheatre that can accommodate up to six and 15 wheelchairs respectively. So, even those with limited mobility will have a chance to catch the presentations!
