Canopy Jump Advisory
Minimum height: 1.35m. Maximum height: 2.1m.
Minimum weight: 20kg. Maximum weight: 120kg.
Able to fit securely into the harness provided.
Sports attire and sports shoes are required.
Able to climb and descend without any assistance.
No pre-existing health or medical conditions.
To participate in Canopy Jump, you must satisfy all the following criteria:
- Minimum height: 1.35m. Maximum height: 2.1m.
- Minimum weight: 20kg. Maximum weight: 120kg.
- Able to climb and descend stairs without any assistance.
- Able to fit securely into the harness and helmet provided.
- Not under the influence of drugs /alcohol.
For your own safety, you will not be allowed to participate in Canopy Jump if you have/are:
- Pregnant
- Heart conditions, high or low blood pressure
- Recovering from surgery or still in a cast or brace for support
- History of neck, back, knee or ankle injuries or any other physical limitations
- Frail or brittle-boned
- Susceptible to panic or anxiety attacks
- Pre-existing health or medical conditions
Conditions for a safe adventure experience:
- Sports attire and sports shoes are required
- No slippers, sandals or loose-fitting footwear
- No skirts and dresses
- No loose or dangling items and jewellery
- No sharp objects, selfie sticks or tripods
You must be in good health and free from any health or medical conditions, injuries or physical impairments. Please seek medical advice if uncertain.
Mandai Wildlife Group reserves the right at its sole discretion to stop your participation in the activity at any time.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
There are no timeslots for Adventure+ activities.
You will be required to join the queue upon arriving at the Canopy Jump.
For your safety, only footwear with the following requirements are allowed for all Adventure+ activities:
- Covered Toes
- Secure Heel Strap or Back
- Adequate Sole Height and Thickness
- Sufficient Outsole Traction (For Climbing Activities)
Canopy Jump may carry on in light rain.
The activity will be suspended during heavy rain and/or when lightning has been detected.
Our reassuring guides will talk you through the process, no pressure.
However, if you are still uncomfortable to jump, follow the instructions of the guide to exit the tower.
Please note that there will be no refunds.
We recommend pants for ease of movement and protection from scratches.
Dresses and skirts are not advisable due to safety and modesty.
Friends of Mandai/Rainforest Wild Adventure WEST memberships include access to the WEST Zone only, with no Adventure+ activities included.
- Visits before 20 May: Adventure+ activities at the WEST zone can be purchased as add-ons at $10 each.
