How to Play
Step 1: Collect Your RFID Wristband
Start your journey by collecting your RFID wristband from the kiosk at the entrance.
This wristband is your key to unlocking interactions and tracking your progress across Exploria.
Step 2: Register at the Biopool
Head to the Biopool to register your gaming profile.
Link your RFID wristband to begin earning points, create a fun nickname, and customise your very own avatar.
Step 3: Explore and Earn Points
Roam freely through Exploria’s themed worlds.
Use your wristband to tap at media interactives and earn points by:
- Collecting species badges
- Spotting hidden gems
- Completing online quests
- Pledging for conservation
Step 4: Track Your Progress
Scan the QR code on your RFID wristband using your mobile device to access the Biopool webpage and check your points in real-time.
Step 5: Visit Again to Earn More
Your progress carries over!

Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The gamification feature is available to all visitors who register a username via the Biopool web app. Guests must follow all instructions provided.
- Participation: Participation is voluntary. Guests may choose to opt out of the gamification without affecting their admission or access to the attraction.
- Progress Tracking: Gamification progress is tracked via registered usernames and emails. Usernames will be retained for up to 365 days from the guest’s last visit. Usernames created without an email account will be deleted at the end of the day.
- Liability: Mandai Wildlife Group is not responsible for any technical issues, including connectivity or device compatibility, that may affect gamification participation.
- Privacy: Personal data collected during registration will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. By participating, guests consent to this data use.
- Changes to Terms: Mandai Wildlife Group reserves the right to modify or terminate the gamification experience and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
