- Purchase Photo Pass online as an add-on when purchasing park admission tickets (On-site purchase also available at Retail Store’s Photography Counter)
- During your visit, redeem your physical QR Card with redemption voucher at Photo Counter, located at park entrance.
- Approach any of our professional photographers to have your photos taken across 7 photo spots* in the park.(Photos captured are associated with the unique QR Card)
- View, customise and download your photos via mandaimoment.mandai.com(Visit our Photo Counter to purchase physical product if you prefer)
*Photo spots in Bird Paradise include Bird Paradise Entrance, Penguin Cove – Level 1, Starlings Feeding, Lories & Lorikeets Feeding, Shorebird Feeding, In-Park Shuttle Photography and Macaw Keeper Talk. Photo opportunities at feeding spots are according to the feeding schedule.
- Strictly no resale, refund or exchange of Photo Pass allowed.
- Valid only on the date of visit at Bird Paradise.
- Photo Pass does not include price of Animal Feeding.
- Registration and downloading of photos must be completed within 14 days from the date of visit.
- Valid for photography services by our photographer within the park except for Wings of the World at Amphitheatre.
- Photography services at Animal Feeding/Talks are on a first-come-first served basis, subject to availability and weather conditions.
- Photography services may be cancelled or halted due to adverse weather conditions.
