Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Consent

By submitting this membership application, you hereby:

(i) agree that you provide your consent to the Mandai Wildlife Group (as defined in the Mandai Wildlife Group Personal Data Protection Policy) (the “MWG Personal Data Protection Policy”) and/or any party authorised by the Mandai Wildlife Group, to collect, use, disclose and/or process of your personal data as defined in the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012) in accordance with the MWG Personal Data Protection Policy;

(iii) agree to hold the Mandai Wildlife Group and its affiliates harmless and release the Mandai Wildlife Group from any liability in connection with the submission of this application.
