Terms and Conditions

To participate in the Rock Wall Climb, you must satisfy all the following criteria:​

  • ​Minimum height: 1.25m. Maximum height: 2.1m.
  • Maximum weight: 120kg. ​
  • Able to fit securely into the harness provided
  • Not under the influence of drugs / alcohol ​

For your own safety, you will not be allowed to participate in the Rock Wall Climb if you have/are:​

  • heart conditions.
  • high or low blood pressure.
  • recovering from surgery or still in a cast or brace for support. 
  • susceptible to panic or anxiety attacks
  • any pre-existing health or medical conditions.

Conditions for a safe adventure experience:​

  • Sports attire and sports shoes are required. Personal climbing shoes are allowed.
  • No slippers, sandals or loose-fitting footwear.
  • No loose or dangling items/jewellery.​
  • No sharp objects, selfie sticks or tripods.
  • No horseplay

You must be in good health and free from any health or medical conditions, injuries or physical impairments. Please seek medical advice if uncertain.​

Mandai Wildlife Group reserves the right at its sole discretion to stop your participation in the activity at any time.

How do I book this experience?
Rock Wall Climb tickets can be purchased onsite.
Why is there timeslot booking?
To ensure our guests get a chance to enjoy the activity, each session is limited to 30 minutes.
What are the difficulty levels?

What should I wear?
We recommend pants for ease of movement and protection from scratches. Dresses and skirts are not advisable due to safety and modesty.
What shoes can I wear for Rock Wall Climb? Can I wear my own climbing shoes?
For your safety, fully covered closed toe shoes are allowed. You may wear your own climbing shoes.
Can I wear sandals?

For your safety, only footwear with the following requirements are allowed for all Adventure+ activities:

  • Covered Toes
  • Secure Heel Strap or Back
  • Adequate Sole Height and Thickness
  • Sufficient Outsole Traction (For Climbing Activities)

Footwear suitable for all BA and AP activities

Can I bring my climbing chalk?
Yes, you can bring your climbing chalk.
Can I bring my phone or camera onto the rock wall?
For safety reasons, any loose, dangling or protruding objects are not allowed.
Can I bring my own harness?
All participants must use our approved safety equipment. No other external safety equipment can be brought along and used.
What if I cannot fit into the harness?
Only guests who can fit into our approved set of safety equipment will be able to participate in the activity.
What happens in the event of bad weather?
Rock Wall Climb may carry on in light rain. The activity will be suspended during heavy rain and/or when lightning has been detected.
Can my child go alone?
Please keep in mind that children may find the activity challenging both physically and emotionally. We strongly encourage adults to accompany children.
