About WildPass

Who can sign up for WildPass?

WildPass is applicable for Singapore citizens, permanent residents, and holders of Employment Pass, Work Permit or Dependent's Pass aged 13 and above.

How do I sign up for WildPass?

You can sign up for your free WildPass online or during your admission ticket purchase on our website.

No physical membership card will be issued for a WildPass account. All you need is your first and last name, date of birth, a valid email address during the sign-up.

To receive your WildPass digital card, please provide your consent to receiving Mandai Wildlife Group (MWG) marketing communications and agree to Terms & Conditions and Personal Data Protection Policy.

What is the validity of a WildPass acccount?

There is no expiry date for WildPass.

How soon can I use my WildPass after signing up?

Upon successful sign-up, you will receive your WildPass digital card via email on the same day.

You can flash this WildPass digital card to enjoy F&B, retail and Wildlife Experiences discounts and offers at our attractions.

What's the difference between WildPass and Friends of Mandai membership?

WildPass is a free digital programme that offers you discounts on admission ticket, F&B, retail and Wildlife Experiences and more at our wildlife parks and indoor attractions.

Friends of Mandai Family/Individual Memberships are annual paid memberships to enjoy access to the wildlife attractions, discounts at F&B and retail outlets, and other members benefits.

Why are there different discount tiers on certain days for your attractions?

We encourage visits to our attractions during regular days (weekdays) if you are able to. Regular days for all our day parks and indoor attractions are Mondays to Fridays (excluding weekends, eve of and on public holidays.

For Night Safari, Regular days are Sundays to Thursdays, excluding weekends, eve of and on public holidays.

For Curiosity Cove, MOE school holidays are considered Peak.

How do I enjoy my benefits?

To enjoy your WildPass benefits, please present your digital card during point of purchase at selected F&B and retail outlets, Wildlife Experiences counters and Houbii Rope Course (Singapore Zoo) payment counter.

For online discounts on local residents’ Single Park admission, enter your WildPass registered email address at the order review page to enjoy WildPass rates.

Can I combine the WildPass discount with other perks/discounts?

WildPass discount is not valid or stackable with other promotions, discounts and/or online purchases.

I forgot to show my WildPass when paying, can you refund me the discount?

All WildPass holders are required to present their digital card during point of purchase or enter their WildPass-registered email address upon purchase to enjoy WildPass discounts and benefits.

No refunds will be allowed post-purchase.

WildPass Account Management

I entered wrong email address. What should I do?

Please sign up for your WildPass membership again.

Please ensure that you enter your email address in the sign-up form accurately before submission to ensure that you receive your WildPass digital card.

I entered the correct email address but I didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?

WildPass digital card may take up to 30 minutes to be emailed to you.

Please check your email junk/spam folder.

Why do you need my Date of Birth?

We need your date of birth during sign-up as we may request for further verification of your WildPass details during point of purchase.

You can also enjoy Free Birthday Entry and other exclusive Birthday benefits.

How do I cancel my WildPass account?

Please write in to [email protected] for any cancellation.

Can my family or friends use my WildPass?

Your WildPass account is for your personal use and is not transferable. Only the named person reflected on the digital card may enjoy the WildPass benefits.

As WildPass sign-up is free, you may encourage your family or friends to sign up for their own WildPass to enjoy the same benefits as you.

I lost/deleted my WildPass Digital Card. How do I get a new one?

You may retrieve your WildPass by entering your email address that you used to register for your WildPass account.

A new WildPass digital card will be emailed to you within 30 minutes upon submission.
