Hello From The Wild
- A minimum of 2 paying persons are required to commence the Hello from the Wild experience ("Session") and can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons.
- Animal interaction time: 10-15 minutes.
- Touching the animals is not allowed unless instructed by the keepers for safety purposes.
- Participants are required to wear closed-toed shoes for safety reasons.
- Participants must be at least 1.2m in height to participate in the session.
- Session price excludes park admission tickets, which must be purchased separately prior to date of session.
- Sessions are solely conducted in English.
- Sessions are non-exclusive and other guests may join the same session.
- Sessions sold are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellation and non-changeable.
- Session may be altered or cancelled due to weather conditions, animal health and/or safety concerns.
- Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the session.
- Participants are required to keep noise levels to a minimum throughout the session.
- Due to exhibit layout and safety reason, wheelchair, stroller, or other mobility aids cannot be accommodated.
- Participants are to arrive at least 10 minutes before session starts, late arrivals may miss certain Hello from the Wild components, and no extension of session time allowed.
- Photo opportunities are allowed only at authorized photography areas and may depend on the animals’ natural behaviors and well-being. Use of flash photography and flashlights are prohibited.
- Rates and sessions are correct at the point of communication and subject to change without prior notice.
- Participants are to comply with Parks Rules and Conditions for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.
- Other Terms & Conditions apply. Mandai Wildlife Group reserves the right to amend or add to the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
