Rules

Guests must present a valid same-day admission ticket or membership e-card to Bird Paradise, Singapore Zoo, or Curiosity Cove, along with proof of completion of the Easter activities, to redeem a gachapon token/spin.

For the Easter Egg Hunt in the Family Retreat, Family Rainforest, or Family Sanctuary rooms at Mandai Rainforest Resort during the Easter weekend (3–5 April), guests must present all hidden eggs at the Resort Conceirge to redeem one Gachapon token*, which entitles them to one spin at the Hot-Egg Gachapon Machine at Mandai Wildlife WEST Lawn. *While stocks last.

Each participant can only redeem one Gachapon token upon completion of each activity:

Do I need a park ticket to participate in the Easter activities?

Yes. A valid admission ticket or valid Membership to Bird Paradise, Singapore Zoo, or Curiosity Cove is required to participate in the Easter activities and redeem a Gachapon token/spin.

Can I participate in the Easter activities if I’m a staff member, volunteer or staff’s family?

Guests using Mandai Staff/Family Pass/Volunteer Pass are not eligible to redeem Gachapon tokens/spins or win prizes from the Gachapon machine for Ranger Buddies Eggs-pedition, Easter Eggs-ploration, and Ranger Buddies Eggs-citing Stamp Rally.

What happens if an activity is unavailable?

In the event that an activity is unavailable due to weather, operational reasons, or capacity constraints, it may be replaced or withdrawn without prior notice.

How many Gachapon token/spin can I earn?

Guests can earn one Gachapon token/spin per completed activity, subject to daily limits and availability.

Can I earn more than one token/spin a day?

Yes, you may earn multiple token/spin in a day by completing more than one of the following Easter activities, as long as you have a valid admission ticket or valid Membership to Bird Paradise, Singapore Zoo, or Curiosity Cove.

  • Easter Eggs-ploration (Digital Egg Hunt)
  • Ranger Buddies Eggs-pedition (Physical Egg Hunt)

Can I repeat the same activity to earn another token/spin?

No. Each activity can only be completed once per guest per day for a Gachapon token/spin.

If I visit as a group or family, does everyone receive a Gachapon token/spin?

No. Each guest must complete an activity individually to earn their own Gachapon token/spin.

Tokens/spins are not shared or transferable between guests. For example, each child or adult must complete an activity to earn a spin respectively.

How do I prove that I’ve completed an activity?

Upon completion of an activity, guests will have on-ground verification (e.g. digital completion screen for digital egg hunt, completed Bingo card for physical egg hunt, completed stamp rally card or staff validation), which must be presented at the Gachapon redemption point.

Can I redeem my Gachapon token/spin on a different day?

No. Gachapon tokens/spins must be redeemed on the same day of activity completion and are not valid for redemption on subsequent days.

What prizes can I win from the Gachapon?

Guests can win a variety of prizes, including 2D1N Stay at Mandai Rainforest Treehouse, Colugo Camp, HERO GoPro, HONOR smartphones, Cadbury chocolates, Friends of Mandai memberships, exclusive Easter pins.

Can I choose which prize I get?

No. Each spin gives a random prize from the available selection.

Are prizes transferable or exchangeable?

No. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.

How do I claim my prize after a Gachapon spin?

After spinning the Gachapon, you’ll discover your prize* inside the capsule. Show your prize to the staff at the Gachapon redemption booth:

  • For immediate prizes (e.g., Easter pins, chocolates, vouchers), you’ll receive the item on the spot.
  • For experience-based prizes (e.g., Mandai stays or memberships), you’ll receive a confirmation letter with instructions to redeem your prize, including booking details and any applicable blackout dates.

What happens if the Gachapon prizes run out?
