By signing and submitting this membership application, you:

(i) Consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by Mandai Park Holdings Pte. Ltd., Mandai Nature Fund Ltd. and their related corporations (as defined in the Companies Act 1967) (collectively referred to as the “Mandai Wildlife Group”) as provided in this application form, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and the Mandai Wildlife Group data protection policy as made available and updated from time to time at https://www.mandai.com/en/saving-wildlife/our-policies/data-protection.html

The Mandai Wildlife Group’s

processing of this membership application;
administration of your membership with the Mandai Wildlife Group;
provision of customer support services to you;
provision of e-newsletters to you in relation to products and services relating to your membership or which the Mandai Wildlife Group feels may be of interest to you, including updates on the Mandai Wildlife Group’s promotions, new products, services and events during and after the term of membership;

Represent and warrant that all information submitted herein and related hereto are true and accurate, you are fully authorized to submit such information and such submission does not violate any applicable laws, regulations and/or governmental orders, and you agree to hold the Mandai Wildlife Group and its affiliates harmless and release the Mandai Wildlife Group from any liability in connection with the submission of this application.

For avoidance of doubt, the Mandai Wildlife Group may continue to collect, use, disclose and retain your personal data even after the expiration of your membership in accordance to the retention period stated in the Mandai Wildlife Group’s data protection policy unless you write to the Mandai Wildlife Group to withdraw such consent (in whole or in part, in which event, the Mandai Wildlife Group will only retain your data to the extent necessary to comply with the Mandai Wildlife Group’s legal obligations).
