You may encounter wildlife during your time with us, as the MWR is located within the Central Catchment Nature Reserve in Singapore. Such wildlife is not within the care or control of MWG.
Do not attempt to approach, feed, touch, tease or do any act to cause disturbance, annoyance, or injury to any wildlife or our animals.
Maintain a safe distance and appreciate them from afar.
Any contact with our animals in the Parks for official, entertainment, education, photography, or other authorised purposes shall be provided by or under the supervision of MWG.
Keep the MWR smoke-free.
Flash photography or flashlights are prohibited to prevent disturbance or annoyance to wildlife, our animals and other visitors.

Personal Mobility Aids (PMAs) are permitted in the MWR. Please use AMDs, such as the following, only on designated cycling paths around the MWR:
1. bicycles, tricycles, recumbents;
2. inline skates, roller-skates;
3. motorised Personal Mobility Devices (PMDs) (including e-scooters, hoverboards, and motorised luggage); and
4. non-motorised PMDs (including kick scooters and skateboards).
All other areas in the MWR must be enjoyed on foot to ensure visitor safety and comfort.
Littering is prohibited by law. Please dispose all litter in the bins provided in the MWR.
Pets and service animals are permitted in the MWR, but not in the Ticketed Areas and the Mandai Boardwalk.
Please keep all pets and service animals leashed, clean up after them and dispose of all waste in a hygienic manner.
All dog breeds specified under the Animals and Birds (Licensing and Control of Cats and Dogs) Rules must be muzzled.
Please do not pluck, stomp, or damage any plants or climb any trees in the MWR .
Please do not release or introduce any animals or plants into the MWR as they may harm our animals and/or the eco-system.
The above recreational activities are prohibited in the MWR to ensure visitor safety and comfort.
Flying of any model aircrafts (including drones), remote-controlled aerial cameras, or other similar devices in the MWR is not allowed, for visitor safety and protection of our environment.
All forms of open fire, including BBQs and lit candles, are prohibited in the MWR.
The above recreational activities are prohibited in the MWR to ensure visitor safety and protection of our environment.
Balloons are prohibited in the Ticketed Areas and the Mandai Boardwalk to prevent disturbance or annoyance to the animals and for the protection of our environment.
Due to safety reasons, visitors with strollers/prams and/or PMAs should use the lifts instead of escalators when moving around in the MWR.
Keep to designated or marked walking paths, or trails in the MWR. Take extra care on pathways that are wet or slippery.
