Debut of Owa Coffee at Singapore Coffee Festival 2017

07 AUG 2017
4 days, 1,400 cups and 165 litres of coffee

At the recent Singapore Coffee Festival (3 - 6 August 2017), the public got a taste of wildlife-friendly Owa Coffee, coffee grown by farmers in the natural shade of trees in Java, Indonesia.  The coffee is the result of a conservation project supported by Mandai Park Holdings, through its subsidiary Wildlife Reserves Singapore.
If you missed the festival, drop by The Wild Deli café at the Singapore Zoo to enjoy a cup of Owa Coffee or purchase the coffee beans to do your part for wildlife conservation. You can also pick up a copy of the book Wild We Can, to learn more about wildlife conservation efforts in the region. Available at the Singapore Zoo and River Safari shops, the book is priced at $29 (hard cover) and $19 (paperback), with proceeds going towards regional wildlife conservation efforts.
