Specific Terms and Conditions

  • Choice of one (01) park either Singapore Zoo, Bird Paradise, River Wonders, or Rainforest Wild ASIA with one (01) admission ticket each for 2 persons (two tickets in total). Guests must specify their preferred park and visit date in the 'Special Request' section. Only one park can be selected per booking and stay. Once the visit date is confirmed, no amendments will be allowed.
  • Pre-selected Admission ticket(s) will be issued upon check-in.
  • Admission ticket to the selected park is for one-time entry per hotel confirmation.
  • Participants must comply with Park Rules and Conditions for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.
  • Hotel reserves the right to
    1. amend, alter, supplement, or vary these Terms and Conditions,
    2. change any block-out dates, and
    3. terminate or suspend the availability and validity of the offer and inclusions at any time and from time to time without prior notice to the Guest.

General Terms and Conditions

  • Rates are quoted in Singapore Dollar (SGD) on a per room per night basis.
  • All prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
  • Rate does not apply to group bookings.
  • Guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.
  • Check-in time is from 3pm and Check-out time is up to 12pm.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
  • For early check-in, a pre-blocking of room is required to guarantee the room, chargeable at one night's charge.
  • Late check-out from 3pm to 6pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
  • Late check-out from 6pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
  • Amendments to stay dates are subjected to rate adjustment of the changed dates.
  • Reservations can be cancelled at the hotel's discretion for reasons such as, but not limited to, invalid credit card and incorrect rates.
  • Credit card information provided does not require a signature for bookings made online and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies. Letter of authorisation and signatory is required for bookings made via email, telephone or fax.
  • The hotel adopts a no pets policy.
  • The hotel respectfully request that hotel guests do not smoke in the rooms and use the dedicated outdoor smoking areas instead. Anyone found to be smoking or having smoked in the guest room shall be subject to a cleaning fee of SGD800 per night.
