Dining Journey & Reservation Policy

Dining Journey

  • All dinner reservations have a three-hour seating duration, and guests are expected to arrive promptly at 6:00pm.
  • Punctual arrival is appreciated to ensure the smooth flow of service.
  •  Seating: dinner begins promptly at 6:30pm. To fully enjoy the Forage experience, we recommend allocating at least 3 hours for your meal.
  • Guests arriving late will be served the current course being presented at the time of their arrival.
  • Operation time is subject to change without advance notice.
  • To maintain quality and hygiene standards, outside food and beverages, including cakes, are 'Not Permitted'.

Reservation Policy

  • Opening Promotion Price: SG$198++ per guest
  • Reservation can be made via “Make a Reservation
  • Dinner reservations must be confirmed during the booking process with a SG$100 deposit per person. (Not applicable to Forage dinner inclusive in the room package, if there is any.)
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but guests may reschedule for another date using the same deposit once.

Child Policy

  • Child rate concessions are not applicable for this experience.
  • Due to the length, duration of the menu and ambience of the restaurant, Forage is not suitable for children under 10 years old. We offer no child discounts & menu sharing is not permitted.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
  • Our fixed degustation menu features a curated selection of seafood & meat courses followed by intricately crafted desserts; all focused on sustainability, environmental consciousness, and refined flavours.
  • Regrettably, no modifications can be made to any dishes. We kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to accommodate vegan, Jain, dairy-free, or gluten-free diets.
  • Guests who are vegetarian, lactose intolerant (hypolactasia), or have celiac disease may be accommodated with at least 48 hours' advance notice.
Corkage & Cakeage Policies
  • Wine: SG$100++ per 750ml bottle (maximum one bottle per guest).
  • Hard Liquor/Spirits: SG$200++ per 700ml bottle (maximum one bottle per guest).
  • For special occasions, our pastry team can create a custom celebration cake starting from $70++, with a minimum of 3 days notice required.
  • To maintain quality and hygiene standards, outside food and beverages, including cakes, are 'Not Permitted'.
Dress Code
  • Smart casual attire is required.
  • Gentlemen are expected to wear trousers and covered shoes.
  • Slippers/flip-flops are discouraged.
