Menu evolves based on seasonality and elevated with garnishes from our rooftop garden.

Notes:

  • No à la carte or alternatives.
  • Not suitable for children under the age of 10 years old due to the length of the meal and the ambience of the restaurant (no child rates or child-friendly options).
  • For quality and hygiene reasons, no outside food and sharing is allowed in Forage.

The Treehouse Retreat Package

  • Guests who have purchased The Treehouse Retreat package would have to make a reservation for the night of intended dining.
  • Menu: Discovery (5-course) inclusive of 1 welcome beverage. All additional items or add-ons will be charged to the guest.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
  • Our multi-course menus are focused on sustainable seafood, meats, poultry, alliums, spices, herbs and gluten product which are the central ingredients.
  • For any dietary restrictions / food allergies please notify 48 hours prior reservation date. (If you have specific needs, please include them in the comments section or contact us directly via [email protected].)
  • For day-of reservations or last minute reservations who have dietary restrictions, kindly do reach out to the team as soon as possible to ensure that our culinary team able to accommodate the guest needs. While we do our best to accommodate dietary needs, all allergy or special dietary requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior. We cannot guarantee accommodations for requests made after this window.
Corkage & Cakeage Policies
  • Wine: $100++ per 750ml (maximum 2 bottles per visit) or
  • BYOB policy: '1-to-1' bottle policy — Guests bringing wines from their cellar or home are eligible for a corkage fee waiver by purchasing wines from our list.
  • Hard Liquor: $200++ per 700ml bottle
  • Celebration: Our pastry kitchen is at hand to offer customized celebration cakes starting at $70++. Kindly place your order at least 3 days prior to the event date.
Dress Code
  • Smart casual / Casual chic attire is required.
  • Gentlemen are kindly requested to wear trousers or tailored Bermuda shorts, paired with closed-toe shoes.
  • Slippers / flip-flops are discouraged.
