SEAZA Conference 2025 Terms and Conditions

SEAZA Conference 2025 Ticket Entitlements

Conference Ticket

A Conference Ticket to the 33rd SEAZA Conference 2025 from 16 to 20 November 2025 (the “Conference Period”) organised jointly by SEAZA and the Mandai Wildlife Group (as defined in the Parks Rules and Conditions)(collectively, the “Organisers”) and held at the Mandai Wildlife Reserve in Singapore (the “SEAZA Conference 2025”) will include the following entitlements for one (1) individual:

  • Five (5) days of conference;
  • Daily lunches and coffee/tea breaks;
  • Icebreaker event;
  • A day visit to the Singapore Oceanarium (SGO);
  • Opening & Gala Dinner;
  • Transportation to the Mandai Wildlife Reserve from selected hotels; and
  • Entry to all wildlife parks located within the Mandai Wildlife Reserve (the “Parks”). 

A Conference Ticket does not include any of the following:

  • Accommodation fees;
  • Transport to and from the airport;
  • All upsells, rides, tours, experiences, food and beverages at the Parks; and
  • All other miscellaneous fees such as breakfast, dinners, souvenirs, transport, unless otherwise stated above. 

Companion Ticket

A Companion Ticket may only be purchased together with a Conference Ticket (SEAZA Members / Non-SEAZA Members), for or by a companion of an individual who holds a Conference Ticket for the SEAZA Conference 2025. The Companion Ticket cannot be purchased on its own.

A Companion Ticket will include the following entitlements for one (1) companion:

  • Daily lunches and coffee/tea breaks;
  • Icebreaker event;
  • A day visit to the Singapore Oceanarium (SGO);
  • Opening & Gala Dinner;
  • Transportation to the Mandai Wildlife Reserve from selected hotels; and
  • Entry to all the Parks.

A Companion Ticket does not include any of the following: 

  • Access to Plenary Sessions;
  • Accommodation fees;
  • Transport to and from the airport;
  • All upsells, rides, tours, experiences, food and beverages at the Parks; and
  • All other miscellaneous fees such as breakfast, dinners, souvenirs,
    transport, unless otherwise stated above.
Procedure

To register for and purchase a ticket to the SEAZA Conference 2025, you must fill in and submit the registration form found on the SEAZA Conference 2025 website. The type and number of tickets that you wish to purchase must also be indicated clearly on the registration form.

Once you have submitted the registration form, you will be automatically directed to the payment platform to make full payment of the ticket(s) for the SEAZA Conference 2025 (the “Fees”). After clicking “Checkout” on the Shopping Cart page, please proceed to click “Checkout as Guest” and make payment via credit card.” 

Once payment has been made, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement email enclosing your receipt. Thereafter, the Organisers will verify your registration before sending a confirmation email to you. Your registration for the SEAZA Conference 2025 is confirmed only upon your receipt of the Organisers’ confirmation email to you.

If you have not received a confirmation email after three (3) working days, please contact [email protected].

You must claim your lanyard, which serves as the Conference Ticket or Companion Ticket (where applicable) for the SEAZA Conference 2025, during registration on the first day of the SEAZA Conference 2025.

You must carry around your lanyard with you at all times during the SEAZA Conference 2025, to ensure your access to the different SEAZA Conference 2025 activities and the Parks.

Cancellation and Refund
No requests for cancellation of your registration or refunds of any Fees paid (in part or in full) shall be entertained.
Declaration

By registering for and attending the SEAZA Conference 2025, you acknowledge, agree and represent that: 

  • you are fully aware of and assumes full responsibility for any risks or harm howsoever arising from or in connection with your participation in the SEAZA Conference 2025, whether caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Organisers or otherwise;
  • you are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own travel and/or health insurance to cover any and all risks associated with your travel to and from, and participation in, the SEAZA Conference 2025 and the Organisers will not procure any travel and/or health insurance in relation to the SEAZA Conference 2025; and
  • agree to abide by all instructions, policies and procedures of the Organisers (as may be notified to you by the Organisers from time to time) for the duration of the SEAZA Conference 2025.
Disclaimer

The Organisers reserve the right to delete, modify and/or alter these terms and conditions and any aspect of the programme for the SEAZA Conference 2025 at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice. The Organisers will not accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to you as a result of any such deletion, modification and/or alteration.

The Organisers reserve the right to use any recordings, whether audio or video, and/or any photographs taken at any event area or stage during the SEAZA Conference 2025 for any promotional, advertising or reporting purposes at their sole and absolute discretion.

Event Code of Conduct

SEAZA is an association with members all over the world. Different cultures, languages, and experiences, come together at our annual conference and other SEAZA in-person or virtual meetings.

SEAZA is committed to providing a harassment-free and inclusive conference experience for all participants. We respectfully ask for and expect cooperation from all participants to ensure and maintain a safe environment for everybody.

Personal Data Protection Policy
By registering for the SEAZA Conference 2025, you hereby agree that you provide your consent to the Organisers and/or any party authorised by the Organisers, to collect, use, disclose and/or process your personal data (as defined in the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012) in accordance with the Mandai Wildlife Group’s Personal Data Protection Policy.  
Parks Rules and Conditions
By  attending the SEAZA Conference 2025, you shall comply with both (a) the Park Tickets Terms & Conditions and (b) the Park Rules and Conditions, as updated by the Mandai Wildlife Group from time to time.
